Welcome to EventsattheCAPE.space, operated by GIITS Enterprises LLC (“Events at the CAPE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, purchasing tickets, sponsorships, advertising opportunities, or participating in events promoted through this platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Authorized Sales
EventsattheCAPE.space is authorized to sell:
- Event sponsorships and advertising opportunities.
- Admission tickets for designated events.
- Promotional and event-related products or services offered directly through this website.
All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by GIITS Enterprises LLC.
Third-Party Events
Events at the CAPE promotes and advertises events throughout Florida’s Space Coast. Unless specifically identified as a GIITS Enterprises LLC-produced event, Events at the CAPE acts solely as a promotional platform.
Events at the CAPE and GIITS Enterprises LLC are not responsible for:
- Event operations, management, or execution by third-party organizers.
- Changes to schedules, venues, performers, attractions, or event programming.
- Claims, damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from third-party events.
Questions regarding third-party events should be directed to the event organizer.
Refund Policy
Events at the CAPE guarantees refunds under the following circumstances:
- An event is canceled and not rescheduled.
- An event is postponed and a new event date is not announced within ninety (90) days of the original event date.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase and generally processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by the event organizer, sponsorships, advertising purchases, vendor fees, and event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Event Changes
Event dates, times, locations, schedules, speakers, performers, exhibitors, and attractions may change without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIITS Enterprises LLC and Events at the CAPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any event promoted through this platform.
