The American Cancer Society Gateway to Space 5K/10K

In partnership with Space Florida the 11th Annual Gateway to Space 5K/10K will take place on March 6th, 2027 on the iconic Launch and Landing Facility (formerly known as Shuttle Landing Facility) at Kennedy Space Center. Join us on the ‘out of this world’ start line and keep your eyes open on the course for your chance to see landing marks from the shuttles of our past.

The Gateway to Space 5K/10K benefits the American Cancer Society and its mission to end cancer as we know it. By participating, you’re helping us make adavances in Cancer Research, Patient Support and Health Equity. You can do more to help our mission by Donating and/or Fundraising as well.

Due to restrictions by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the United States Space Force; participation in the In-Person races is limited to US Citizens of 12 years of age and older. By registering for the in-person races, you are consenting to a federal background check.

Only Registered Participants will be granted access to the LLF Runway.
No Spectators are allowed.
